1) Pinpointers which tested, not overloaded with settings V3 RX 15 (gain) with TX boost on.
2) However, the nominal coil 10 “DD can work on V3 connected in-line with DX-1 with or without overload. It does not depend on or connected coils pinpointer, but rather connected with the process of switching (switching from a pinpointer to the coil and vice versa).
3) It was found that reducing the sensitivity or RX gain one or two values, either by turning off TX boost, the problem is solved.
4) In most search terms RX gain can not be set to the maximum setting, unless you are running on a neutral ground, such as on the beach, in the absence of mineralization, especially with the included TX boost.
5) Other V-3 compliant coil, including not designed for V-3 (whether factory or third-party) can be overloaded at maximum RX and TX boost is enabled and may demand a reduction settings RX (or disable TX boost).
